Documentation Section
Introduction:
This section is responsible for the documentation and the postage of mail for the whole school. In order to save manpower and material and to promote efficiency, since May of 1994 the section began to implement the “Hsian Wei System”, which opened a new page in the exchange of electronic version of official documents. With the adoption of the “Han Long System” in mid-August 2006, the process of documentation has become even smoother.
Major tasks are listed below:
- To receive, dispatch and forward, check and file official documents in both electronic and paper versions
- To manage postal matters
